Fitting Course

This workshop offers a comprehensive overview of how to verify hearing aid performance while fitting a hearing aid. We will cover common verification protocols, including Real Ear Measurement (REM), AutoREM and Real Ear to Coupler Difference (RECD). These assessments are applicable for adult and paediatric populations, are quick to perform and greatly improve client satisfaction with hearing aids. The workshop will provide the opportunity to cover Visible Speech Mapping (VSPM) and verification of advanced hearing aid features.

Our colleague from Oticon will provide specialist hearing aid knowledge and discuss how verification data can be used to setup a personalised hearing aid prescription for your client to maximise hearing aid performance, client satisfaction and benefit.

The workshops will give participants the opportunity to have hands-on experience of the techniques discussed.
